- MGMichael Gary6 days ago1.0If I was you I’d stay clear of this spot there are better bagel spots on main st , the so called GM Sarah Hardy yea she’s a piece of work I’ve witnesses her just be straight rude to customers and the only ones who come and say good things are the no better , the only workers who do the hardest and Keep a good attitude are the Teenagers thank god for them because that place would become another empty space … let me add the GM can’t even remember what she was doing 2 seconds after taking an order that’s why they are slow and unprepared, Jermey is like the little baby favorite , can mess up anything and leave early then she blames others for his uselessness
- CCChristopher6 days ago1.0Have been going by this place for years. A few weeks back I decided to try it. Was overall impressed with the service and selection, and for this day and age, the price was very reasonable. I even thought of recommending this place to cater our next corporate event. My options differed greatly as of yesterday morning however when my 70 year old mother and I went to this restaurant and had the unfortunate experience of being “waited” on by the supposed manager Sarah. I won’t bother with the details on here but overall was extremely rude to my mother when she informed her that the tank of coffee was empty, screamed for us to leave and that she would refund our money. After ripping the empty coffee cups out of my hand. We won’t be returning. And I am glad I saw the true beliefs of this business before I spent any more time or money there. Hopefully this helps.
