They were rude to her about it and cussed at her. She had to message me telling me, well waiting for it, since I have food in the bag with it and didnt want me to think it was her. Ive also had rude people help me when I go into the place as well since it's a closer dunks to me when im working. Im just glad she notified me as well as my food not being covered in hot chocolate. Learn customer service a bit please, I get it people have off days but shouldn't be brought to work. Along with respect for dashers a lot do it to make extra money and only get a small percentage of everything.
