This morning they took FOREVER in the drive through and while I was waiting at the window I heard a male employee make a rude comment towards a special needs employee saying she “wasn’t doing anything helpful” while she was trying to help everybody with drinks and take drive through orders. The same guy made my wake up wrap like this

I sat behind one car for 3 minutes, then another 5 at the window while the employee made the wrong drink and tried to hand it to me. When I told her it wasn’t mine, she looked completely lost. Turns out it was her first day, and the only other person working didn’t help at all. She eventually remade my drink but couldn’t refund me for the wrong order because, surprise, there was no manager on site. I left late for work and out money because this place thought it was a good idea to leave two undertrained employees running the store alone. Completely unacceptable.

The staff was super friendly, cracked a couple jokes with us, and had our order out fast. The coffees were perfect — not watered down at all — and the donuts were fresh, like just out of the oven. It’s nice when a place actually gets your order right the first time, too. Big shoutout to the crew here, they really set the vibe. We’ll definitely be back.”
