  The team here always goes the extra mile to make you smile! As an example, I arrived this morning to pick up a large order, with my toddler in my arms. I decided to do multiple trips, but when someone working saw this (sorry, I didn't get her name!) she grabbed the rest of my order for me and ran it out to us. She even paused to make my toddler smile and laugh and wish us a good day. We love coming here.

  This dunks used to be great but I think most of the good employees have left. This morning they took FOREVER in the drive through and while I was waiting at the window I heard a male employee make a rude comment towards a special needs employee saying she “wasn’t doing anything helpful” while she was trying to help everybody with drinks and take drive through orders. The same guy made my wake up wrap like this

  DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN! The app wouldn’t let me order online, so I went through the drive-thru—big mistake. I sat behind one car for 3 minutes, then another 5 at the window while the employee made the wrong drink and tried to hand it to me. When I told her it wasn’t mine, she looked completely lost. Turns out it was her first day, and the only other person working didn’t help at all. She eventually remade my drink but couldn’t refund me for the wrong order because, surprise, there was no manager on site. I left late for work and out money because this place thought it was a good idea to leave two undertrained employees running the store alone. Completely unacceptable.

  Went through drive thru girl took my order was very professional once at window had to sit and wait while they put all the money on the counter and counted it for the cash register and watched two of the women look out at me and chit chat one of the women is very unprofessional every time I'm there I try not to go to that Dunkin' Donuts I'd rather drive 20 minutes to cumberland's due to the way they treat their customers
