  I had an absolutely out-of-this-world experience at Dunkin’ Donuts—everything from the fresh, delicious food to the upbeat, welcoming atmosphere made the visit a real highlight of my day. The service was fast, friendly, and genuinely positive, which made the whole experience even better. To top it all off, the Monday night crew truly sets the standard; they are hands down the best team operating the store.

  The employees here are full of smiles for everyone, even when it's really busy with the after-school crowd or a rude customer has just cussed them out because they had to wait in line at the counter. They are great conversationalists and are always happy to explain the menu or help you choose an adventurous new flavor for your drink. One thing Dunkin brand fans should be aware of about this location is that they are a franchise and don't have full access to all the trademark donuts. They don't carry butternut, strawberry glazed jelly, or apple fritters. They do usually have whatever the seasonal specialty flavor is. If you're a regular here and typically make the same order, the employees will soon learn to recognize your face and will start making your order as soon as they see you walk in the door, so often it's ready before you've even finished paying for it. Lots of the regulars are on first-name basis with the employees, and watching everyone banter with friends and new faces alike gives the place such a cozy small town vibe. Huge props to the manager, Sheri, for nurturing such a kind and welcoming culture here, and special points also for Bri, who can basically run the whole place herself and always makes everyone's day much smoother.

  I love Dunkin, but this one specifically is horrible!!!!! The drinks were very good, but when we were ordering in the drive thru the guy taking our order was very dry, and rude. We asked for a donut, and he said “we’re out” Nothing else. When we got to the window he literally did not say a single word just took our card. We waited awhile for our drinks, and when we got them again he didn’t say anything. Horrible service! Please don’t ever come here!!!
