They didnt have our order in their system, which was fine because it wasnt their fault that the app didnt work. We wanted their corporate number in order to contact them for a refund since we couldn't get it in store. The associate had gotten the manager (we are not Karens and didnt ask for the manager) and he just kept telling us that we had to dispute it with the bank and that they didnt have a corporate number to call because they are a franchise. All franchises are under corporations so not sure how they didnt have a number. We tried to explain that it would be difficult to dispute with the bank that we cant prove we didnt get our food and just wanted to be able to get a refund in the case that didnt work. During us trying to explain, the store associate began speaking over us and interrupting even though she shouldn't have even been involved anymore since the manager was there. He just reiterated the same and that they couldn't help us. Left with no food and no refund. We won't be returning to this location. Unprofessional and unhelpful
