We pulled up and politely said hello — the staff snapped back, “Oh hello to Burger King… (something gibberish) this is Dunkin — we don’t just pull up and say hello, WAIT!” Absolutely rude and unnecessary. Because of this we wanted to cancel our online order, but instead of helping, she rudely said, “Your order is done,” and shoved the food at us. The tone, attitude, and complete lack of respect were unbelievable. To top it off, the drinks didn’t even taste good — we practically threw them away and ended up ordering from somewhere else. Thanks for ruining our day, Dunkin. Train your staff to treat people with basic respect.
