They could have just blown me off and said "o well, that's the price there's nothing we can do about it" (I misread the flyer). Instead they explained what happened and stepped up to make it right. In this day and age where customer service is severely lacking it was such a nice change to have associates actually care. The kindness and understanding these two showed during this crazy holiday season was truly wonderful.
