  This place is trash. Lady in the morning has an attitude and should be cleaning toilets instead of serving customers

  Sadly, this location has decided to put in the coffee machines instead of brewing and filling the urns. The coffee from those machines is no match to the fresh brewed coffee, it's foamy and tastes awful. Have to stop using this location and Chelmsford MA as they too have those machines.

  I put 3 stars because they have almost no gluten free options. Such a shame for a big chain. This place needs to do better for allergies.

  The ( Bedford) register was run by a sullen apathetic woman that fell in a tackle box. One of the piercings looked infected and she was a good Ad for employee showers. I asked if someone would bring over my hot soup for me, as juggling while wheeling is beyond my skillset. Apparently that involved 20 steps beyond their job. I was unaware that would ruin their week. I love most Paneras. This one feels cold and hostile.

  Not sure what happened to this location. I went here on and off when I first moved to NH a few years ago and they were great. Now? The place is filled with messy tables, bathroom is extremely dirty with toilet paper all over the floors. Food is okay-Hit or miss depending on the day. It makes me question the quality of the food when they can’t manage the atmosphere and cleaniness of the restaurant. Sad to see because I really liked coming here.
