I've eaten all of the ingredients in that burger before, so I strongly suspect something was improperly prepared or that improperly kept ingredients were used. Something else also happened that I found strange.... When I was presented with the check on the POS handheld device, the highest tip option (25%) was already selected. I asked the waitress what was up with that (because you can't "undo" the selection) and she said "I already took care of that for you". I normally pay via credit and tip in cash ("the man" doesn't need to know what I leave my servers!). Granted, I would have probably arrived at a 25% tip or better on my own, but found it a little presumptive and low brow to have that tactic used on me - hope it was worth losing a customer. This was my first time visiting and was the last.
