  I order pickup from here once in a while as a treat. Today I ordered a pickup order of a burrito as usual and it was literally half the size it normally is, plus they forgot two ordered ingredients (I rechecked my order). Pretty disappointing to realize once I got home.

  I’m new to chipotle and I must just have higher expectations when I’m spending $20/person for food. I mean, when you order a quesadilla with cheese and fajita veggies, there should be something between the many folds of tortilla shell because this location just isn’t doing it right!!! I mean my fork has a thicker when laid flat than my quesadilla tonight. So I basically spend $16 on a quesadilla that didn’t have hardly anything in it. Nice!!!

  Ordered a steak bowl from here. They ran out of lettuce @ 8 p.m. on a Thursday but close at 11 p.m. There was clearly still more lettuce for their to-go orders in which I asked for however, they said they couldn't give me any of that because to-go orders were prioritized 1st... makes no sense because I could just simply place an online order and wait for my order with lettuce. Think about it. So if you want an item they ran out of, just order online and you'll get it even though it's right to the side of you. Lastly, the same order came out more expensive than where I typically order from in Andover, MA. Trying to understand how that adds up.
