  This was my first time trying cava. Great time, great food, the manager Donnie was amazing answered all my questions. Everyone had such a great attitude I went kind of late and usually night crew at other places aren’t the best so this was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely be back!

  I was excited when they opened. I have eaten at the one in Nashua a considerable amount of times. However, not sure who is in charge in Bedford, but this place is always misfiring and today I walked out. There were 6-8 people working and they are set up with 2 prep stations, one for take out and one for walk in. I order a falafel crunch bowl, which comes with lentils. I order it specifically because it comes with lentils. But once again, like previous experiences with the Bedford shop, they were out of something. Lentils. At first the gal gathered her serving spoon and scooped into a dry crusty pan. She said they were out of lentils. Simple solution. I asked for an extra falafel in replacement of the missing lentil since the garbanzo bean is the closest thing to the lentil on the line. This confused the poor worker who had to ask a manager, who then went in to some dissertation of why they can’t do that. So I said fine, I don’t want the bowl, cancel my order. Instead of just appeasing a simple request and making a raving fan, I said enough! Bedford, get your act together! Seriously! I’m going to Pressed Cafe now.

  I don’t have much to say except this place was great! I really enjoyed every aspect of my experience, from food, to interactions with the staff. One employee that stood out to me was Carolyn, who even remembered me from the day before and made polite conversation as we went down the line. Going to Cava always brings a smile to my face!

  I recently visited Cava and was helped by two amazing employees, Carolyn and Leah. Both were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my dining experience truly enjoyable. Carolyn was very patient as I decided what to order, offering helpful suggestions and explaining the different options. Leah was super efficient and made sure my bowl was prepared perfectly. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service skills really stood out!

  Local to the area Nothing special or fancy to see here probably won’t return I feel that the items that were available for choices were not very fresh and that pertains to all of them The gentleman who waited on us Vlad was probably the only good part about our experience here Other than that, not very welcoming, all were in uniform But you’re more than welcome to make your own decision. This was just my experience. There are better places to eat in that little plaza area than cava. Price to me was not worth the food the amount was but not the actual food
