  I don’t normally eat at this chain, however the kids often want to stop. In the past 10 years we’ve tried it out a handful of times, and two of those visits further prove why we’re this establishment isn’t on our radar. This time we ordered two items, one item without cheese and the 2nd item we ordered as the tripped double crunch wrap supreme. Both items were made wrong, the item had cheese and the 2nd was a regular crunch wrap. When we let them know they gave us the wrong thing they said my colleague made it right. I said no there’s one layer and then she said I see two I said if you look it’s just one layer broken. Then they remade it and somehow it suddenly now had a 2nd crunchy tortilla but there was no meat layer and was thinner than the first regular crunch wrap. I recall the previous time we visited we ordered famous bowls and they were barely half full.

  I couldn't give you a review on the food although KFC is good I couldn't order from the front counter because there was no menu so they told me to use the kiosk as I don't use kiosk I would like to order directly through people and look at the menu I left because there was no menu I can look at other than the kiosk that I don't use

  They now have kiosks that you have to order your food too. There is nobody to talk to except for the person that hands you the bag. Food with subpar

  Kiosk ordering shouldn't be the only option. One chalupa was totally stale. All tables were gross, and we were the only people in the restaurant so they should've had time to wash them.

  Waited in drive-thru for 25 at the window while watching the employees standing around on their cell phones and also what seems to be the manager was just standing there, refilling his Mountain Dew and talking with the employees laughing. After receiving my food and leaving, I go into the bag and noticed that I was missing my chicken nuggets. Worst experience in any fast food restaurant that I have ever had. And unfortunately, it isn’t the first time this has happened in this establishment.
