I spent over 20 minutes in the drive-thru after paying, stuck there with a screaming toddler, and eventually had to call the store just to get someone to come to the window. I asked for a refund, and instead of apologizing for the horrific service, the blonde female employee got an attitude and acted as though I had personally insulted her. The manager who came over wasn’t any better. From placing my order to finally getting a refund, I was in the drive-thru for about 40 minutes. Instead of making our food, they prioritized DoorDash/Grubhub orders—we could actually see them doing so from the window. Yet they insisted the 20-minute delay was because they were “making fresh fries.” No one checked on us, and no one ever apologized. Honestly, I should thank you—this terrible experience gave me the motivation I needed to start meal prepping. So thanks for being some of the worst Taco Bell employees I’ve ever encountered.

Never have heard of anyone having a good experience here, I’ve never been without getting my order messed up. I had to go through the drive through 5 times once to get it right and the people were still rude ash.
