Both of our orders were incorrect. Since we went through the drive through and then hopped on the interstate we didn't realize it until we were to far to turn around and get it corrected. Very disappointing.

I'm not sure how two Jimmy John's can be so different, the Seward Jimmy John's makes the two pizza sandwiches absolutely divine. Always delicious ...how they can taste so bad, burnt, etc..every time.. at York is beyond me :( their wraps are great and the original menu is fantastic. The employees are very nice but seem to want to push you out as fast as they can so they lose the kindness feel. :/ Other than that, great store and service.

i didnt catch her name but whoever was working the drive thru about 3:10pm had the best customer service!! our food was out fast and everything was very good 😊
