  Longer hours would be awesome, but I understand that later business doesn’t pay the bills. The food is usually pretty good, and the service is pretty quick. The atmosphere is fairly welcoming and I don’t really have many problems with it. The parking gets super sketchy though when it’s busy. I don’t quite like the risk of getting backed into.

  If you're not in the store to physically see what they are doing, your order will not come out the way you want. I don't know how many times things have been left out of the order, ingredients missing, instructions not followed. Every single time we order a pickle, it's never delivered or in the bag when going through the drive thru, we ask for one of our sandwiches to be cut in half, that never happens. It sucks because the food is really good and beats subway by a mile, but there is just no effort put forward to reading the orders as they come in and we are sick of spending extra money on our orders and not getting what we pay for.
