- BMBethany MartinOct 17, 20251.0Visited this esablishment on our way home today. A very nice girl was taking my order in the drive through. I ordered a 4pc tender combo, and a cheeseburger combo, then I hear a guy on speaker say "jesus" in a very irritated/annoyed tone. I didn't address that at that point. I also order a cheeseburger kids meal, and a tender kids meal for my hungry children. I then hear the same guy very loudly sighing on the speaker. I said "are you okay", after a few seconds of silence from the ignorant guy and the nice girl that was taking my order, the guy states he didn't realize his mic was on. I told them to forget my order and I would go elsewhere. I called the store to make a complaint as that was an extremely unprofessional and rude interaction. The "manager" I spoke to on the phone sounded an awful lot like the guy on the speaker. So I am posting here just to ensure this lovely interaction was reported somewhere. The "manager" I spoke to asked me to come back. I live out of state and was just passing through heading home. I let him know I will not be returning, he stated "I figured so". I've worked fast food in ny day, I get being irritated and not wanting to serve customers. Note to staff, make sure your mic isn't on when you are having a miserable day so customers cant hear you.
- HGHannah GreeneAug 19, 20252.0Since when do combo meals not come with beverages? They are combo meals for a reason and they advertise coming with drinks. I swear, every time you order from this place, you have to explain that saying a number meal is a combo meal. It's never been anything else. Yet, they act like it isn't, give you just a burger but charge you fully for a combo meal without giving everything that comes with it. And it's not just the high schoolers that do this. It's the grown adults, too. It wasn't even busy either and I still had to wait an average of twenty minutes. We were the ONLY car in the driver through. Honestly, if you come here, just keep in mind it's not a fast food place as advertised and the employees all like to intentionally forget how to do an order. Why are they forgetting half of what is ordered if it's on a screen in front of them? Wild.
