  I think it was Meara who helped me, was having a birthday ice cream cake made for my daughter. Super helpful and when I got the cake it was AMAZING!

  Visited this esablishment on our way home today. A very nice girl was taking my order in the drive through. I ordered a 4pc tender combo, and a cheeseburger combo, then I hear a guy on speaker say "jesus" in a very irritated/annoyed tone. I didn't address that at that point. I also order a cheeseburger kids meal, and a tender kids meal for my hungry children. I then hear the same guy very loudly sighing on the speaker. I said "are you okay", after a few seconds of silence from the ignorant guy and the nice girl that was taking my order, the guy states he didn't realize his mic was on. I told them to forget my order and I would go elsewhere. I called the store to make a complaint as that was an extremely unprofessional and rude interaction. The "manager" I spoke to on the phone sounded an awful lot like the guy on the speaker. So I am posting here just to ensure this lovely interaction was reported somewhere. The "manager" I spoke to asked me to come back. I live out of state and was just passing through heading home. I let him know I will not be returning, he stated "I figured so". I've worked fast food in ny day, I get being irritated and not wanting to serve customers. Note to staff, make sure your mic isn't on when you are having a miserable day so customers cant hear you.
