I know cleaning the machine is a long task, but false advertising your hours is not going to get return customers. Do better.

Get to the ordering screen an we were asked what we would like,well the screen was still on the previous order infront of us. She then asked again 3 more times with about , 3mins breaks in between each time askin what we would like but still on the same screen.(another 9mins or so) Finally got to order after saying the online ording app was unavailable. So Pulled around after ordering and the same 3 cars are still there. Another 20 mins waited to get our food. It was just ridiculous. I have been to many FAST Food changes and the one in south sioux city has far to be the slowest.

The person taking the order had a very difficult time understanding what I was ordering and I had to repeat myself many times. When we arrived at the window, I had ordered two cheeseburger meal two double cheeseburgers, and a happy meal. We got handed one bag and then I sat there waiting for my happy meal and the one guy that was waiting on us said he already gave it to us. When I said, I did not receive the happy meal and we went through the food and the bag we were missing one cheeseburger and happy meal. The man that was waiting on me demanded I give him the cheeseburger that I was eating and he was gonna throw it away. I said no this is my cheeseburger. I just need one more cheeseburger and a happy meal. Then the manager came over and demanded that I gave her the cheeseburger that I had in my hand that I was eating. They should all be fired. Clearly, very incompetent.
