    Just stopped to get a French dip and some curly fries. The French dip was flat as a pancake and the aujus was so watered down and gross. I will be thinking twice before ever going back!

    Visited here about a week ago, apparently, after 5 min waiting, someone in the back who i couldn't see mentioned the manager I was banned from the restaurant for what reason I have no idea.It was per someone named George who i was able to contact,a district manager.Aftet he contacted them he had said im not banned but some false accusations were made by someone there,that I has got angry and made racial comments, completely false,only was a instance in the drive thru having to do with a partial payment with my debit card.Not one person has reached out to apologize and try to make it right.Im quite PO when I think about it, love to know who the employee is who said I can't be there.

    Im usually a satisfied customer with no complaints, even if my order is short on cheese or they add red ranch after i asked no red ranch.. i let that go but this time was just ridiculous... I ordered a french dip sandwich and they gave me a cold french dip sandwich... you can tell that it wasnt a re heated sandwich because not only was the sandwich cold, the cheese was not melted at all. Auj ju wasnt hot either.

    Didnt get everything we ordered. Thank goodness we were still in the parking lot. Had to go in and get the rest of our order. They apologize so that's a plus but sad they couldn't get it right the first time.
