If the food is cold and nasty, you will be required to be okay with it with a smile on your face. Management is rude themselves so don't expect anything less from the staff they employ. At one time there were signs everywhere telling customers to be courteous to their employees and now the only sign is in the drive through. There should never be a need to address this to customers if the staff is behaving appropriately behind the line. What happens when a person doesn't accept what even the Corporate Office deems as unacceptable behavior from the staff at this store? The head guy from Dairy Queen walks into your place of employment which is rude and unprofessional then has you call him so he can tell you since you refused to deal with his rude and ignorant staff, you aren't welcome there anymore as a customer. I am absolutely fine with being told I am not welcome at this Dairy Queen anymore. It's a blessing in disguise. I will no longer be disrespected as a customer or receive mediocre food at best anymore.
