When I arrived at the store, I saw Katie managing the drive-thru. Later, she approached and took my order. Over time, I observed her running the entire store alone, doing so efficiently. I felt sorry for her having to handle both drive-thru and walk-in customers solo. While eating my ice cream, I saw a young woman and her children walk in and go behind the register. I was uncomfortable seeing the little kids there, but I thought their mother was going to help Katie after she washed her hands—an assumption that turned out to be wrong. Instead, she poured herself some ice cream, and her children got drinks and ice cream, leaving Katie to work alone. More concerning was the fact that this woman is the owner’s wife, and the children didn't wash their hands before handling food or equipment! DISGUSTING!!!! Despite all this, Katie remained incredible! I wish I could have helped her and I hope she is well compensated. I also hope the owners show more respect to their staff and customers. To the owners: PLEASE ensure your employees get help, and keep your children out of the work area! OSHA likely doesn't approve of allowing your kids behind the counter or touching the equipment without washing their hands.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
