  The last 6 times i’ve been there i’ve only ordered 2 DRINKS!!! i had to wait longer than 30 minutes each time for the drinks. and every time there is some excuse as to why. “our end said Doordash” (when i ordered in the app), “you didn’t pay yet” (when i LITERALLY paid), etc. not to mention the inside looks absolutely disgusting when you look in the drive-thru window. when the guy who said we didn’t pay yet went back inside to double check he never came back out. i have him 15 minutes to come back but he never did so i left.

  Worst fast food in Casper. Don’t stop there. I waited 30 minutes then was told the blast machine was broken. I should have left…. But I wanted a blast.

  Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement that I was there. So I went to the stalls because I saw people were being served there. Hit the red button and no acknowledgement for 5 minutes. I thought maybe the stall was broken so went to another stall, 5 minutes no acknowledgement. So I went back to the drive through and after another 5 minutes of no acknowledgement I asked the speaker if they were open. A voice comes on and tells me to give him a second. So I wait another 10 minutes until finally someone takes my order. I arrived in their parking lot at 11:35 and didnt get the single drink I was ordering until 12:15. They were not very busy when I first arrived, only 2 cars in the stalls and nobody in the drive thru

  Service stinks order was to be ready at 8:26 not ready until 9 pm 35 minutes for fast food is ridiculous and I had to go inside and get it or he would have left it sit there getting colder won't take care of customers

  When we got there the speaker for drive thru wasn't working no big deal till you drive up and have to wait for the girl who had no clue! Then they took forever for our food when we were the only ones there, everyone else received their drinks and left. The girl who brought out the food was rude. The food was fine but service was not great!
