My boyfriend went in to get us lunch and when it arrived home it was incorrect. He called me to make sure everything was correct because they were confused. We thought everything was cleared up but that was wrong. When I called, they insisted they selected the correct sauce but I asked for salsa roja (a spicy, non chunky, hot sauce type) what I got was tomato salsa (a chunky, non spicy, bland in my opinion, sauce) I simply wanted them to give me some of the correct sauce on the side or even put it on top of the meal if I brought it back but it still was somehow our fault their workers don’t know the correct sauces🫤

When I got up to the window the girl hollered back that she was still waiting on steak and shrimp. I asked for a steak bowl. She said they were waiting on steak. I asked how long. She said she didnt know. Then asked the people in the back. They said they didnt know. She asked if I wanted another protein. I said no, I wanted steak and asked again how long. If it was going to be 3 minutes or 10 minutes. She again said she didnt know and the cooks didnt either. I found it quite disappointing to wait in line so long, only to be told they had no idea how long it would be, for something they cook numerous times a day, every day. And she had obviously been waiting at least 15 minutes because that's how long I was in line. A simple "It will be a 5 minute wait.", would have been sufficient enough. But apparantly no one there knows how long it takes to cook steak pieces.
