  My 16 year old daughter got off work at 10:30 p.m. tonight. We were hungry and she really wanted Taco Bell after work. We had the absolute worst experience I have ever had trying to order food in the drive thru. The moment I get to the speaker the female employee greets me with "Hi, what would ya like?" I replied with " I just need a second please." Immediately she says with a rude tone "Ma'am it's been a second, what can I get for you?" Literally instantly she says this.... I then say "excuse me?" She says "Hahaha I was just kidding". I said " I sure hope so". Then suddenly there is a man that takes over on the headset.... We try to start our order, my daughter wants a bean burrito. So I continue with "We'd like one bean burrito please." He then says, again another rude tone in his voice - "We are out of red sauce, that gonna be alright?" I looked to my daughter to make sure she was okay with that and she nodded her head yes to me. So I go to complete the order and he suddenly says "I'm going to ask you to leave and I am refusing to serve you." He refused to tell me his name. I am a local business owner that truly tries to avoid confrontation and just be a good person. My daughter had a long day and just wanted a burrito. I just don't understand how this kind of attitude is acceptable for any business. I truly don't understand. I certainly hope this is seen by the person that needs to see this, so that you are aware how your employees are treating customers. I am very disappointed.

  Probably quite literally the worst Taco Bell around. I don't understand how you can mess up making a taco, but they have somehow figured it out and became a pro at it. Also, every single time I come here, something is missing from the order. The Mexican pizza shells were burnt, chalupa wasn't cooked, and the nachos barely had any toppings on them. And to top it off, today the employee with the goatee and tattoos on his left forearm/wrist was sitting in his black car getting high. We literally watched him while sitting in the drive thru line. I also confirmed that when I had to go back in and get my missing items. The dude was spun out of his mind. I'd avoid this place at all costs because clearly there is a lack in pride and management.

  Highly disappointed with the Y2K order I received from Taco Bell. I ordered double decker tacos and they hardly put any beans on the tortilla just enough to glue it to the taco shell barely. Definitely not a throwback but was pure trash

  Went through the drive-up and they shorted us a burrito, gave us no sauce packs- even though we requested two different kinds- and no napkins. Plus the food was, well, typical Taco Bell. Barely edible. I won't be back.
