- MGMelissa Van GalderFeb 15, 20263.0Food is usually good. Tonight I came in and waited in line for at least 15 minutes before I could order. When I got up to the window the girl hollered back that she was still waiting on steak and shrimp. I asked for a steak bowl. She said they were waiting on steak. I asked how long. She said she didnt know. Then asked the people in the back. They said they didnt know. She asked if I wanted another protein. I said no, I wanted steak and asked again how long. If it was going to be 3 minutes or 10 minutes. She again said she didnt know and the cooks didnt either. I found it quite disappointing to wait in line so long, only to be told they had no idea how long it would be, for something they cook numerous times a day, every day. And she had obviously been waiting at least 15 minutes because that's how long I was in line. A simple "It will be a 5 minute wait.", would have been sufficient enough. But apparantly no one there knows how long it takes to cook steak pieces.

The veggies, rice and bean were also great. It is a very large bowl and a great deal for the price you pay. You can get either a chicken bowl or chicken burrito. So delicious and filling! If you haven't tried it yet, you really should!
