    Why does a sandwich shop never have bread?? Everytime I go here "sir I'm so sorry but we are out of bread."

    Received a sandwich wirh no meat on it!! Seriously pay attention and stop flirt worh the customers. Got all the way home to open a bread tomato sanwosh that no one in their right mind would lay $9.49 for.

    We usually love Jimmy John’s. They have good food and are fast and kind. Tonight however we didn’t want to leave the house due to the wind so we ordered delivery. It took over a half an hour to get it to us once it said out for delivery. We live 5 minutes away. We received the wrong order and our bread was hard and dry. When we tried to call them the phone just kept getting the busy signal. We tried for 20 minutes. My husband took the sandwiches back himself and explained the situation. He wasn’t rude he just calmly explained. No apology or anything. They took the sandwiches back and said well I guess we can make you the right one if you would like. He said yes please! He told them their phone wasn’t working and they said no there isn’t anything wrong with it it hasn’t rang all night. Well that’s because it isn’t working lol. They said we can look into that later on then. They gave him the correct sandwich and he left. Most places offer an apology at the least or free something for the inconvenience but nothing. It was just not the normal service we get there so let’s hope this isn’t a glimpse of their future.

    This morning was my first time going to jimmy John's in scottsbluff I was impressed on how clean and well maintained the restaurant was the service was good and I Did not have to wait long at all . My sandwich was good and I enjoyed it I had it to go I would of stayed and had it their but I found the music a little too loud that is my only complaint was the music I will be a returning customer I just hope the next time the music is not to loud.

    3/4 of my meal was incorrect. Had to remind drive thru employee about my drink I had ordered ( this wasn’t a big deal at first, we all make mistakes) But then, I opened my to go bag to find I have received the wrong chips and also did not receive the extra mayo packets I had ordered. My sandwich was the only item correct out of the 4 items I had ordered. My order was very straight forward. Will buy from Which Wich in the future.
