- SSSeraNov 28, 20251.0I’ve been multiple times now. Different times of day, different orders, different employees. The food is fine, I order from the menu, no changes or special requests, and the service is truly awful. They’re extremely slow and apathetic. Poor attitudes from multiple employees, no hellos or basic manners. Only say a number and hold out their hand. Very disappointing considering how new it is.

I asked for a similar substitution, and they gladly accepted. It was very nice that they were willing to & able to make this substitution so I didn't have to request a refund in the app. I wish I would have gotten her name very sweet girl.I wish more people were like that. 😁

I don't want the vanilla or anything else but I have never received my order no matter how many times or differently explained. Today I have no idea what flavor I received. You used to be the best but sadly no more.

No other customers ahead of me either. This isn't the first time I've waited forever, but multiple instances has prompted this Google review. Slowest Dunkin I've ever EVER encountered.
