  I did a online order arrived earlier than anticipated and was told they didnt have my order. I showed them the order. Instead saying hey you here early can you pull around till we.get.it and then we would be.more than happy to filling the order. They were pretty much nothing we can do. So I go to cancel the order and the online tells me I cant because it already been filled. I call to see if they can refund it as I didn't get the order and was told they cant refund online orders but they can if I come back give me a discount card. So im out 23 dollars and instead of helping felt like they didnt want to help at all. All it would have taken was a little bit of kindness. Have deleted the app and won't be back. Oh here a suggestion maybe have your orders come in more than five minutes before you fill them. I wasnt mad at the begin was look oh but after my interaction with the person it is what sour me. Oh and when I called the first time they hung up on me.

  Honestly, I don't even know why I come here, since the people who work here are so unfriendly and never serve what you order, or the coffee is always bland. But there are a few very kind and respectful employees who actually do their job well. In general, though, they should work more on customer service. I come here seven days a week, sometimes up to three times a day, to buy my coffee.

  Ordered a breakfast sandwich through doordash and they forgot the top bun on a sourdough didnt think that was possible but it happened.

  I’ve been multiple times now. Different times of day, different orders, different employees. The food is fine, I order from the menu, no changes or special requests, and the service is truly awful. They’re extremely slow and apathetic. Poor attitudes from multiple employees, no hellos or basic manners. Only say a number and hold out their hand. Very disappointing considering how new it is.
