  Craziest experience ever I call to order food and once speaking with the call center I ask about the $7.99 deal. Asking if it was each individual item or the pizza and one of the two other items for $7.99, person on the line tells me it’s the pizza plus one of the other two items for that price. I begin giving my order and then I am told they can only do up to 9 items per online order so because I was ordering 5 pizzas and 5 orders of wings he could no longer assist me and transferred me to the restaurant. Once speaking with someone from the restaurant I explain the special I was trying to order and they explain to me it’s an online coupon and I had to order online through the call center, when I tell him I already tried and was transferred to the restaurant he’s not sure what to do. After a moment of being on hold a woman’s voice comes on the phone and explains to me again that I have to order online because they don’t know of any special like the one I was describing, then once I explain to her that I tried ordering through the call center and they transferred because my order was going to be more than 9 items. She becomes upset and says that’s not true she’s never heard anything like that as if I am making it up, then she tells me that there is no way the special was $7.99 for both a pizza and an order of wings that they would go broke if they would sell their food that cheap. After basically being scolded by her because in her words she has to buy the dough, ingredients, pay utilities and a mortgage on the building she told me the $7.99 special was nothing they could or would honor. After explaining to her that I asked the person from the call center for specifics on the special she says they would not have told me that because she’s the one who hires them and tells them what to say. Well mam if that is entirely true then YOU need to train your call center staff better because the rep I was speaking with gave me a different answer and explanation about the $7.99 special than you did. As far as your bills and mortgage what does that have anything to do with me simply trying to order pizza, maybe corporate would like to know that in this occasion you basically berated me and for lack of better words you were basically saying I was stupid for thinking that the $7.99 special would include a medium pizza and 8 piece wings for $7.99 . Which is why I asked YOUR call center and he explained that this was correct manner. But hey I guess it’s my fault for asking and going by the response that was given to me. Needless to say I will no longer give your location any business and I will make sure everyone I know doesn’t either because it’s one thing to explain something to someone so they understand, and you have no right to try and belittle someone because of information they received from YOUR call center. Maybe look in the mirror, the problem seems to be closer than you are willing to admit!!!!

  Ordered two pizzas online and decided I would need a third pizza en route to the store. When I arrived I requested the third pizza to be added to my order; the nice lady behind the counter informed it may be a longer wait to which I replied, no problem. To my pleasant surprise the Dominos team had all three of my pizzas ready at the same time and early! Great teamwork and great customer service at Scottsbluff Dominos!

  My husband ate 1/2 of a medium pizza! It was so good! When I ordered on line, I was immediately notified that the pizza was being made and by whom. I was amazed at how fast my pizza-so hot that I had to use a spatula to lift the servings onto a plate, was delivered. The server was polite, professional, and friendly. If you haven’t tried Domino’s pizza today in Scottsbluff, NE, then try it tomorrow!
