  The customer service is horrible, the music is always way to loud so you can't hear. I placed an order over the phone and I felt like it was talking to a toddler attempting to get information. I was also charged for 80oz of ranch, thats 5lbs of ranch when I did not want it, only gave me maybe 3 oz and... and the guy had no idea how to refund when I went back in, and stated the system automatically does it.

  I went into Buffalo Wild Wings and ordered a big order for a family of 8 and we asked politely for extra ranch even of they charged us extra. Employee in the back looked at the screen and was packing our ranch making bad facial expressions. This isn’t the first time ive received this type of customer service. Food is always great but employees could really be nicer to customers

  If the service that I received tonight is the norm. I have a prediction that this business will be closed in Scottsbluff within a few months. I am writing this review in hopes that management and ownership takes my comments seriously because I definitely want Buffalo Wild Wings to succeed in our area for years and years to come! I placed an online order and walked in the doors 30 minutes later. There was absolutely nothing going on, and there was only one online order ahead of me. I was not greeted or acknowledged. I waited an additional 15 Minutes to receive my order. I could or understand a 45 minute order time if they were busy, but there was absolutely nothing going on. The restaurant was dead, dead dead! Then on top of that to not even be acknowledged or greeted or apologize to for the wait times is unacceptable in my opinion! I love Buffalo Wild Wings, and I really want it to succeed here in town. That is the only reason I am writing this comment.
