    Y'all truly didn't put my blizzard in the bag and handed it to my doordash guy like this? Those boxes go in the sealed bags for a reason And are made for transport in bags. Not going to even eat it as I don't even feel like that's okay. Seems this location is privately owned and it shows by the reviews. Now 10 bucks down the sink cause people can't do their jobs. Bravo. Now to go put my soggy fries and not crispy at all strips in the air fryer and see how that goes. Never again will I order from here. Came from right down the road and ice cream was already melting away when he handed it to me. Also amazing that you obviously made the order right away and didn't bother to hold off doing the ice cream until my driver actually got there. Super annoyed and plan to see about getting some of my money back. Follow up - I went to that website and all it was was a contact us website that tried to send me to the owner to contact them directly. It's obvious they know of the issues in their store with their employees and I don't care to even bother. Threw all the food away and that's that. I'm sure they are quite okay and happy ripping people off, seems pretty common by the comments. Won't be back, first and last mistake of trying out a DQ.

    All the kids were standing around gossiping rather than taking care of orders. Everytime I come here they always mess up an order. How hard is it to add Lettuce, tomato, onion to a burger. You can charge for it but skip actually putting it on. Waited in drive thru for at least 10 minutes.
