  I just picked up a carryout order from this Pizza Hut, and unfortunately the wait time was about an hour, which was much longer than expected. That said, I do want to recognize the manager and employees who took the time to come out and talk with me about what was going on. They were respectful, honest, and clearly doing their best under the circumstances. Frankie in particular was trying hard, and the night manager, Lindsay, along with the interior staff, were doing everything they could. It really seems like the issues here are coming from higher up—lack of proper support, training, and preparation—rather than the local staff. The team appeared understaffed and not set up for success, especially with product and dough not being properly prepared for the night shift. If the store is out of certain products or doesn’t have the correct dough to make specific pizza sizes, customers should be informed upfront. For example, if demand increased due to something like a Husker game and the store wasn’t fully prepared, a simple heads-up would go a long way. I understand that we had a husker game being played tonight, but those local high news sports events should be prepared for. It was especially frustrating to receive notifications from the app saying the order was complete, only to arrive and find out it wasn’t. Situations like that create confusion and frustration for customers, even though the root issue seems to be preparation and communication—not the employees themselves. Upper management should take a closer look at this location and provide better coordination, inventory planning, and support. Right now, it feels disconnected from the level of service you’d normally expect from Pizza Hut. I appreciate the effort from the employees, but improvements from the top down are definitely needed.

  Rob was great and accommodating. Been dealing with no so fortunate locations on Bellevue for to long. Rob and his crew are very professional and made us feel very welcome. Good job guys. Keep it up and ill make the drive everytime.
