I came to the drive through today because I was craving Jimmy John’s! Who doesn’t love a good Jimmy John’s sandwich. I ordered $45 worth of food and got to the window. My sister texted me and said she wanted extra bread. I said, cool. I got you. I asked the wonderful lady at the window if I could buy some bread and she said, “oh, I don’t know. We don’t have any day old bread.” I told her I’d pay full price, even if she had to charge me for a sandwich, I just wanted extra bread. She comes back and tells me, “Sorry, my manager said the bread they had was supposed to get us through today.” Well, I think you can bake more?
I’m sorry but turning down a sale probably isn’t in Jimmy John’s handbook for managers. And I’m probably not the first person who has experienced this. Just wanted to put this out there for the higher ups.

Food takes forever and that’s if I even get it, twice now I’ve ordered delivery and I haven’t received it whatsoever. Lame as hell.

NEVER GO HERE. I've gone countless times and not once have I recived the correct price. I asked for an entree, I get a meal. I ask for the number 10, I get the 11. Cmon. This place sucks. Unless you like getting bad service, avoid this location at all costs
