  Brand new Paneras just opened near me in Papillion Tried it. Loved it. Been visiting this great establishment every day since. I highly recommend this restaurant.

  I feel like people are being a little too harsh on this Panera, especially considering it’s a brand-new location. When they first opened, there were some small delays, which is completely expected while a new team is getting trained and settled. Every time I’ve been there recently, though, the service has been excellent—friendly, efficient, and noticeably improved. My orders have been accurate and the food has been just as delicious and consistent as any other Panera location I’ve visited. It’s clear the staff has worked hard to get things running smoothly, and it shows. I’ve had nothing but great experiences lately and will definitely continue coming back.

  Went today for a couple of bagels and was really disappointed. They have changed the way they make bagels. They looked more like scones than bagels. And barely had any cheese on them.

  I received my order via door dash and was not pleased. My bag was not properly secured meaning a dasher could have tampered with my food without detection. The fruit cup visibly shows that two pineapples are brown and rotten. How the fruit cup made it out of the restaurant is beyond me. The final straw for me is calling to make the complaint and the employee who answered the phone was obviously annoyed and hung up on me claiming not to hear me… I call back the same employee answers the phone in the same tone offering solution that she knew could not be fulfilled. I will not be ordering from this location again.
