Even though it looked a bit busy, the team moved us through quickly and everything ran smoothly. Whatever adjustments have been made—staffing, training, or experience—it showed. The service made all the difference, and we were able to enjoy our time together without the usual delays. Great job to the team working yesterday morning.

Instead, when I showed up to pick up my order, 1/3 of my order was not available. I was told I could come back in a half an hour if I wanted to wait for them to make more. Basically the bagels that I ordered were sold to other people. Also, they were just gonna send me on my way without those bagels even though I prepaid. Such terrible service. I will never return to that particular location.
