Placed online order, arrived about 5 minutes after placing it and the dork working there hadn't even started making my order and had NO orders that he was making. He was doing some other chores. . . IF YOU HAVE ORDERS TO MAKE THAT SHOULD BE PRIORITY BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE! Freaky fast? More like stupid slow.

Sandwiches were lacking. Gotten great sandwiches at other locations but this is the second time that we have received sandwiches with barely anything on them. Thought it was a one off the first time, guess not.

Along with all recent reviews, we waited forever with only one vehicle in front of us. Ordered ahead on the app and the status hadn’t changed for a while so decided to go to the drive thru and aam about it…kid said, “be with you in a minute” and waited a very long minute for nothing…ended up leaving. Wasn’t even during any kind of lunch or dinner rush hour. Do NOT go here if you want your food in a decent amount of time.

Jake is unprofessional at his finest. I Came in for an order for my mum and I heard the manager, talking to another coworker about some other coworker they work with. He was belittling and putting down the guy to other associates. Thats VERY unprofessional to do infront of customers and Managers should NEVER talk bad about a coworker with people who work under them. I don't know what the guy was thinking acting like this but if his the manager for this location I think he needs retraining or transfered to a store where he is not in charge.
