    I've experienced some issues at this chain in the past and this was no exception. There were very few customers but it took an inordinately long time to be seated, drinks ordered, and food ordered. Apparently one of the fryers broke while cooking our food so I got fries instead of wedges which was ok and eventually my actual order showed up. I find their burgers somewhat dry and uninspired, but that's a personal preference. Our server was attentive but seemed to be distracted.

    I like this place, but the restroom was in extremely poor condition during my visit. Dirty sink area, visible stains on the ceiling and around the fixtures, and the urinals did not look properly cleaned. It didn’t feel sanitary, especially for a restaurant that serves food. Hope the management pays attention — the dining area and staff were fine, but the restroom definitely needs maintenance and regular cleaning.
