  I want to make a complaint about an employee named Evan at Dunkin’ Donuts. When I was there, he was very rude and had a bad attitude toward customers. I also overheard him talking badly about his coworkers while he was working. It seemed very unprofessional and not the kind of behavior you’d expect from someone working with a team. Overall, his behavior made the experience unpleasant, and it didn’t reflect well on the store.

  I can't remember the last time I came to this location and they had a decent assortment of donuts to choose from. Usually, they are almost completely out! At this point, it's absolutely baffling... and get this: it's different times of day and different days of the week?! How does this happen? Is management particularly stingy about overstock at the end of the night? Are there unreasonable expectations in place regarding freshness? By that I mean, you should not be out of everything and "in the process of making more" at 10:45am on a Saturday... you need to have a generous backstock ready to roll on a weekend morning. This would be similar to going to a hamburger place with "burger" in the name and they tell you they're "out of burgers", or a pizza place with "pizza" in the name and they're out of pizza... or an ice cream place out of ice cream... do you guys get what I'm saying? Someone please tell me what the sweet little pockets of time are that Dunkin DONUTS actually has donuts!

  I absolutely love the frosting filled donuts but the chocolate with sprinkles is a very close second for me! We got these for breakfast and snacked on them ALL DAY LONG!

  Dunkin' isn't normally anyone's go-to place to grab dinner after shoveling snow in a church parking lot for two hours, but I had a couple good coupons to use, so I decided to reward myself with something nice and cheap. I had a pleasant interaction with the barista and decided to buy Dunkin's Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich and a medium latte (yeah, I know, "Breakfast for dinner!?". I didn't care.) The total came out to be $5.38, and I had a quiet time munching down and reinvigorating myself with my meal. The sandwich was crunchy, savory, and tangy with it's well-toasted bread, spices, and bacon. As for the latte, I could taste a mild intensity from the espresso, and the foam provided a decent velvety and soothing experience. Moving over to the interior and atmosphere of the place, it was close to closing time, so there was barely anyone there. The tables and seats were clean, and I remember some music being played, but nothing stood out. If you're someone who is on a tight budget and wants to grab a quick simple meal, I would give this place a try.

  Ridiculous wait times for lattes (I was the only one there at first) and when they come the shots are so bad that you would rather have the caffeine headache.
