  Was taken a back by the manager or shift supervisors outspoken professionalism. Very rude to the young employees. Had a very unpleasant presence. Short little lady with dark hair working the evening shift. The crew was all very much uncomfortable for my entire experience. Also most of my steak was fat. I do have chicken and half steak and have to pay for full steak. So when the steak is all fat, its really disappointing. The young staff was great. The manager was just very off-putting.

  First visit 1 pm. 2 people in dining room, 2 guest in front of line so slow time of day. 5-6 staff staff. Cashier was in training taking orders doing well but not being trained well. No customer interaction other than taking order. I Had a few questions. The gals up front were polite & patient. I sat and observed the dining room as I always do for cleanliness. I sat my tray down on the least dirty table and took out my sanitizing wipe & cleaned the table myself. I filled my water cup & noticed the counter was very low on stockedq items. While there I observed water on the counter & some on the floor next to a table. Not where anyone would trip thankfully. As I was eating, no one came out to do any kind of routine cleaning of tables or stockings of supplies. The food was good. I motioned for the tall guy to maybe wipe tables. He did come out but he wasn't thrilled. Since he was doing the training I assumed he was management & should have been on top of all this himself or at the very least, sent a crew member out to do it. Once he finished the tables he went behind the counter. He didn't bother taking time to check if stock needed to filled, how the floor was looking at any time during the time we were there having our meal. This place was well staffed yet no one maintaining the front of the store for cleanliness or supplies. There was someone trading out the meat and taco filling, the queso sauce yet he didn't bother to scrape it to get all the sauce etc. That was money down the toilet for the owners. No one cares about maintaining a store front it seems. It's sad these days that employees don't take pride in their work and responsibilities. Go 11 man. Not 5 out of 10. Take pride in the sites you manage people. Show staff how to take pride in their work. Be a team for the store blah, blah, blah, yada, yada, yada.

  This place is always a hit or miss. It seems to always be a miss when I order delivery. Today was a delivery order. I received a burrito that hardly had any filling other than rice. I'm not exaggerating when I say that half was just rice. It made me lose my appetite. While the tortilla and rice are okay, a rice burrito is not good at all. My order was chicken burrito with rice, extra salsa roja, pico de gallo, extra crema, and light on the shredded cheese. I got very little of everything in my burrito I received... Minus the rice. For those of you who don't know, if you order delivery, the prices for everything increase, plus the delivery fee and convenience fee. I paid way too much for a subpar product. Note: the little bit of guac on my burrito is from the side of guac I ordered for my teen. I took some in an attempt to give my burrito some flavor, but it didn't help.
