  My family came for dinner and the service was really bad. We weren't asked how our food was once. It took a long time just to get a refill on a water. If this is way I can expect I will never be back. The food was fine but they were not busy at all and its like we were bothering the server by being here.

  It’s unfortunate to have to write this review. I love their wings and food there but the service is really bad. I’ve given it 3 times to give them a fair chance and every time service has been slow, incorrect, and the staff seems annoyed to be there. It makes for a very unpleasant dining experience. This used to be a great place to gather for sports events and with family. I don’t know what happened. Recently, or should I say not so recently now as it was months ago and we’re still trying to rectify it, we had opted to order takeout because we wanted the food but did not want the poor service and had a gift card. Redeemed an online promotion, went to pay with the gift card. It will not allow you to without a PIN, the gift card doesn’t have a pin. My husband went to the location personally to talk to the manager about it since the online deal was cheaper. They would not honor the online price even after he explained it. So he paid full price with the gift card wasting funds he shouldn’t have had to, because the manager was unhelpful. Months went by trying to get a hold of someone to help with this. Finally a couple weeks ago a different manager helped us and said they have gotten this issue before and would mail us a gift card to make up for the difference. Still have received nothing. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is we enjoy the wings. super disappointed.

  Don't expect fast service or servers to be attentive. Food was okay. Never have I looked around and seen so many empty drinks.

  Imagínate, una noche fría y tranquila se te antojan unas allitas, piensas que sería buena idea ordenar de un lugar confiable, buffalo wild wings… mmmm mejor nada! parece que cayeron meteoritos del cielo y aterrizaron en la friedora, hubieran freido un puño de papel y esa si se las creo, ya ni mi gato produce unas piedras asi...

  There was also a new seasoning called "Lemon Pepper Hot," and it was terrible—they even mixed two flavors together just to avoid making our bone-in wings. Poor service.
