  We had to raise our voice at Jace twice. So they would come back and get my phone to scan my app and again when they handed us our Coke they said it was diet Coke. Because again he couldn't hear us. We ordered a coke and he said sorry that's a HOHO I've been doing orders all day. Then he flung the window shut and we saw him wave us off. I don't like it when my cashier keeps saying what? And we are customers so what if he has to repeat himself or double-check on the drink we shouldn't be treated like bums we pay his paycheck.

  My apple pecan chicken salad was awesome but all of my boyfriends' biggie bag food was really cold. Eww

  I don't leave reviews very often, but this was ridiculous. I pulled up next to the drive-thru speaker and the person said just a minute. At least 5 minutes later, probably closer to 10, they just say go ahead with your order. No acknowledgment about the wait while people have been staring at me from behind probably wondering why I am holding up the line. So I start placing my order and they are out of the first thing I asked for. At that point I just drove off. I can understand if there is a situation inside, or a staffing issue, or something outside the control of the person manning the drive-thru, but it is very disrespectful to your customers waiting so long without any update or acknowledgment. Then find out they were waiting for nothing.

  Very terrible do not recommend going here they mess up orders and you have to wait a long period of time. Everything was cold nothing fresh. The front desk person was very rude and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times
