  The lady at the window at 12:21 pm was very nice! That is where the positivity stops. I confirmed NO LETTUCE on 1 tacos, this is shown on the receipt, yet there is lettuce AND sour cream on these tacos. When calling, no one answers. When leaving a voicemail, I was hung up on. At least there was no hair in it this time. Still can’t eat it.

  My order was messed up. Order chicken Chalupa and got beef burrito. Manager was quick to realize and replaced the item as well as give me a coupon for few taco.

  Been consistently let down for the past few months as a college student. Consistently disregard instructions in the app, as simple as selecting ‘no sour cream’ since I always get no sour cream as it agitates my stomach. Many, many missing items. So much so, that just tonight alone I was missing over half my order - not just like forgetting a plain taco, I’m talking missing full entrees: steak guac fries, nacho fries, there was more too but I digress. Overall, it’s Taco Bell, so you get what you get. But still, you just can’t excuse being this forgetful or disregarding of order instructions.
