    Beard hair on the outside of my malt cup. Ordered a large chocolate peanutbutter revel malt. Received a large, chunky cup of milk with peanut butter floaties with a side of beard hair. Took it back in told them it tasted terrible and left without a refund. Pretty sure the secret ingredient is not supposed to be beard hair

    I had ordered a sub on the app like I usually do. The restaurant closes at 9:30pm but they had their doors locked when I showed up at 8:10pm. I then stood there long enough for them to come out and ask if I had a mobile order. When I got home and opened my sandwich, it was a completely mess. Mayonnaise all over and the veggies completely falling out. They did not cut the sandwich in half and left out about half of the ingredients I ordered. This was by far the worst sub I have ever had. Half of it I couldn’t even enjoy because it was falling out of my sub. I am very disappointed in the service and sandwich. I will not be returning to this location.
