I ordered my sandwich online while there because I wanted to get credit for the points. I showed them it was paid for, but they wouldn't give it to me. They said that it had not come through their system yet. I told them I was in a hurry and asked why I couldn't take the sandwich. I felt they could have given me the sandwich as a courtesy since they saw proof it was already paid for, and they see me every day. They said their internet must have been down or running slow. I had to wait 10 minutes for their system to confirm the order, which caused me to be late. They were not apologetic at all. I am saving money by bringing my lunch now. I will not be back because they do not honor or appreciate their loyal customers.
