  Was trying to get a limited time drink with a combo and was told that those limited time drinks can’t be in combos after I asked about a different drink for a different combo. The gal said the one I ordered couldn’t be with the combo then I tried a different one for my friends order thinking maybe this one could be since it was a slush and the gal finally mentioned that limited time drinks can’t be in combos. I told her it’s fine it made no sense since all other fast food restaurants have limited time drinks in combos, but it was fine and that I would get BOTH the limited drink and different one for the combo. When I got to the window I handed the gal with pink streak in her hair cash and I’m glad I did because she turned around and I could hear it through the closed window mocking me all because I stated it made no sense which is beyond unprofessional and rude. It made me glad I gave cash because I didn’t trust her having my card out of my view. She came back to the window handed everything but the third drink and very rudely asked “what are you waiting for” in a snarky tone and I was flabbergasted. I mentioned I ordered the third drink but it was fine and I very nicely told her that she should be aware that I could hear her rude comments through the window and It got followed up with “I don’t care”. She was so rude and unprofessional and quite frankly needs a reality check with a firing. She treated it like a career and thought she could speak to anyone the way she wanted which is awful. I will never be coming back to this Sonic or any Sonic for this matter all from just her horrible attitude. The food was also cold once we got back so another reason I won’t go back to Sonic.

  Waited in line 15mins. Window guy came out and pulled people to the window. Waited 5 minutes of no movement between the menu and window, then pulled to a parking stall and ordered. Waited 13 more minutes for food. All the while they continued to let people line up at the menu without putting up a sign.

  I ask for minis bacon cheese b , strawberry shake soda , medium fries , cheese sticks. Weel came all cold , wrong sandwiches ( without bacon , vanilla shake, I hate , fries were smooch. So if you ask me to be honest , never go back to that place I was sitting at the table waiting on cold weather for 18 minutes for all that. AND THEY GOT TIP BECAUSE THAT WAS NOTHING TO TO DO THIS THAT YOUNG GUY EXPOSE TO THAT COLD WEATHER SERVING , DOING HIS JOB
