  I've worked in fast food so I know exactly what they're doing. They "complete" orders in their system to abuse order times to make themselves look better. The problem is that it disappears off the system and then they forget, leaving your order to rot inside while they blast through the other orders. Horrific worker disipline. I don't care what they do as long as it doesn't screw me over. Well, they did and obviously corporate can't reign them to actually be honest with the customer.

  They will mark orders going out to your car and then... just don't bring food to your car. They will let you wait for 10-15 minutes, you have to force it through the drive thru because they can't handle their own systems I suppose

  The lemon strawberry slush was delicious, I received the wrong order through the drive through even after I was asked to verify my order, guessing it was an overwhelming moment for the staff.
