It's been years since I moved away from sonic. Burger left much to be desired. Popcorn chicken off the menu. It was by fare the best item on the menu. Daughter loved her cherry limeade. Drinks are a 10/10. Burgers are 5/10. Sorry sonic. Be better.

Waited over 50 minutes for our food. Had to press red button again to remind them that we had an order. When they finally brought our order the onion rings were cold and they messed up our drinks. I only ordered 3 things btw

I visited your Sonic location on March 19th with friends and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. The employee named Carissa was incredibly rude from the start and acted completely unprofessional the entire time. She repeatedly called my friend the wrong name (“Will”) even after being corrected—except she didn’t even allow him the chance to correct her, which was both disrespectful and dismissive. It’s basic courtesy to address customers properly, and she couldn’t manage that. On top of that, we waited over 30 minutes for our food with no communication or apology. That kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when paired with such poor attitude. If Carissa is in any kind of management role, that’s honestly concerning, because this experience reflected a complete lack of leadership and customer service standards. Also, your ordering system/mics clearly need attention. It was difficult to communicate, which only made the situation worse. This experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and a waste of time. I expect better from a business that’s supposed to serve customers, not ignore and belittle them.

Push the red button told him I was here to pick up two sonic blast from an online order. They said should be right out. 20 minutes later nothing so I pushed the red button again and get no response. I drive into another stall push the red button And no response. 10 minutes later they ask if I’m waiting on anything I told them what I was waiting on and they told me to go in the drive-through. It’s much easier. They said this is after 30 minutes waiting on two sonic blast

Advise your employees to lay off the weed before their shifts. The entire experience was frustrating. It took 20 to 25 minutes to receive a corn dog and a small Sonic Blast, despite there being only two people in front of me with minor orders. One employee was distracted by his phone, and he also neglected to include the utensil that had been left out of the bag when he returned to the door. As a result, I had to wait in line again at the drive-up window for a spoon after I had already paid for my order. Parents do not have time for such inconveniences after managing school pickups. Also, stop with all of the excess sugar in your drinks! They taste like pure sugar or syrup!
