  Was waiting to pick up an order. Instead people are standing around talking. Talking about how bad the last crew was but yet they can't even make what's on the order. Was to pick up by 7:02. And its 7:13 now.

  Ordered 3 large pizzas after getting off work. 1 of them was incorrect, and called the store to inform them. Lady I spoke to was very polite and apologetic, and offered to remake the pizza and add a dessert for the inconvenience. She said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When arriving to pick the replacement, the lady at the counter/drive thru window had no idea what I was talking about and refused to help. I had to wait another 20 minutes until another employee handed me my order. The pizzas were absolutely terrible… I’m pretty sure they use expired or month old dough, because the Pizza Hut on Maple St has never tasted this horrible, even when eating as a leftover the next day. Messed up my order Worker refused to deal with it Pizza was horrendous Would give this location 0 stars, but the lady who apologized, corrected my order and threw in free dessert gets a star.

  The manager Sarah and her staff were so nice even when this crazy woman was screaming nonsense at her and her team (she was clearly in the wrong) and Sarah treated the situation perfectly and was super nice to everyone else in line

  The service here is pretty atrocious, to say the least. The manager has a friendly tone and sounds accommodating but the speed and efficiency of the kitchen is pathetic. Employees saw me, made eye contact, and proceeded to do nothing for 10 minutes. They likely would have waited until their shift was over to even notice that a customer was present. When confronted about it, they feigned ignorance. Somehow, 16 wings took 30+ minutes to complete. I watched the entire process happen and the lack of common sense is highly impressive. They proceeded to fry 8 wings, let them complete, then fry the other 8 wings after, effectively doubling the wait time for no reason. The manager simply watched this occur and did not correct the employee. If Pizza Hut was busy at all, I would have possibly given them a little more slack here. The reality is that I was the only customer in the building for 30+ minutes straight. There were exactly two other pick-ups in that time frame. This is unacceptable behavior and needs correction. Do better. UPDATE (04/09/2026): I decided to give this place another chance and somehow, they have exceeded themselves. I enter the building to a male employee who seems extremely annoyed and aggravated. He proceeds to ask me what I want. When I say I'm here for a pick-up, he says that they haven't even started it yet and it'll be 20 minutes. Male employee proceeds to throw pans and trays all over the place, not caring about being loud or a nuisance. There was also a female employee in the back but she was mostly avoiding interaction. I did not wait for my food and simply walked out. Management or ownership needs to work on training their employees. Two visits in a row and the work place was comparable to a zoo. Disgraceful.

  Part of my order was wrong and I was unable to get my money back for what I was supposed to get in my takeout. Going to dominoes pizza next time.
