  When its good its great but iv been there 3 in the past month and 2 of my visits they were out of cucumbers. A salad just dosnt taste right with out them.

  Hailey's attitude is very rude. The sandwich came out differently than usual, so I asked the staff member, but they didn't even look at me, answered curtly "I don't know," and immediately ignored me while doing other things. I felt extremely uncomfortable because whenever I complained, they ignored me and kept running away to the back, and the other employees seemed to be covering for her behavior and trying to cover it up among themselves. Is it acceptable to prepare something carelessly and without even an apology, then toss a cup of lettuce at the customer and tell them to add it themselves? The Panera employee, Haley, is extremely rude and unfriendly. I mentioned it because it was completely different from what I ordered, but is it okay to treat a customer like this? When I asked why he was acting that way, he responded with annoyance—as if I were a bother—snapping, "So, what is it that you actually need?" The manager said, "I already apologized on her behalf. I said I was sorry, so what on earth is the problem?" without even attempting to hear the situation, and I am simply bewildered by such an attitude. I had a pleasant visit, so why should I have to experience discomfort during meal times after paying? Her attitude is arrogant every time she comes. She never apologized and continued to laugh at me in front of me. When I asked why she was laughing, she just kept laughing and ignoring me. That attitude makes me even angrier. I was very angry today. What if this happens again?

  Not my usual haunt but a favorite of my wife. I enjoy the variety of food when I go which is a great option to burgers and chicken nuggets. Service is fast. Free wifi came in handy when ours was out. I would venture to say that the furniture is designed and of a size better suited for women which makes sense as that’s their primary clientele but guys still can make it work! Great food.

  they’ve reduced the size of their bagels and kept the original cost The bagels do not taste the same with their new recipe Very disappointed in their bagels now

  Received assistance in selecting my order. She was extremely helpful and my lunch was outstanding. The price was surprisingly reasonable too.
