  I ordered a Bacon Quarter Pounder but apparently they skipped the bacon part! Also what is up with these expensive fries that are not even half way full? I’m very disappointed! I spent all this money to not get what I ordered and no point calling to complain for them to ask you to drive back to get new. No thanks I’m not wasting more gas to come back to fix your mistakes….. what a waist of time and money this location has significantly gone down hill!

  Went here 5 years ago and it was awful. My wife has MS and really wanted a fish sandwich to make her happy , these days it’s hard for her with the disease. So we went back. This time it was worse, they got the order wrong plus the food was so cold it was not worth eating. Seeing her disappointed makes me sad and angry . I understand the employees hate working, making bad money and bad hours. Corporate greed with thecrazy high prices. I remember growing up and McDonald’s was a treat and always good. Those days are over! Never again McDonald’s

  Gross, they knew there was no soap in the bathroom. No ketchup in either dispenser. No straws in either dispenser. Drinks and apples were missing from order. Food was incorrect. Ants on the floor. Bathroom door wouldn't lock. No soap in the bathroom. When I brought it to their attention, they already knew there was no soap and were making no attempts to remedy that. Very unsanitary. I asked how the employees preparing the food were washing their hands. The manager should have walked across the parking lot to the dollar store to purchase some hand soap if the soap fixture was broken. 2 employees were on their phones in the dining room while the store was in unsatisfactory condition. It seemed zero cares are given at this location.

  Ordered from here on vacation thinking McDondalds most places are pretty reliable. That was the wrong assumption. Ordered two vanilla iced coffees with our breakfast. No cream, no vanilla in either. They pulled us forward so we told them these are wrong and gave them back. The girl stared at us and said literally nothing to the point we weren't sure if she understood anything we said. She took the coffee and walked away. She brought us back the exact same drinks. Literally the same exact ones and just handed it to us without even speaking. My husband went in to say something to someone else, because we thought maybe the girl was disabled. There was a line of upset costumers complaining. He just threw them in the trash and we left. Oh and our sandwich was wrong too but after trying to communicate about the coffee we decided to let that go. Nasty coffee, horrible service.

  Okay, so it's early morning, you're driving to work, and you're starving, right 😯 I get it 😎 well don't you worry because guess what, this McDonald's, at least from what I have experienced, is the quickest drive through experience in all of Omaha! I don't think I've ever had to wait more than three or four minutes in the drive-thru line at the most. And usually it's way less than that! During the pandemic and about I don't know a year after that I would drive over there every morning and get a soda pop and sometimes some breakfast 🥞🍳☕. And it was really fun because even though it was only for a second I would visit with the drive-thru guys and gals and it was always a very pleasant and uplifting experience. And now even though I don't go there as much, when I do I can always be sure that I will have a great experience. I've dined in many times too. And even though all the McDonald's in Omaha I've been to are extremely clean, this one is exceptional! The lighting is really good too by the way. It just really makes you happy to be in there! The seating is really good too. They have both chairs and Booths. My favorite breakfast is a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a diet Dr pepper. And unlike some of the other fast food restaurants McDonald's has honey 🍯 so I always get a packet or two for my morning biscuit.
