  This McDonald's location does not pay attention to the customers orders I had ordered two cheeseburgers no ketchup or no mustard and instead asked them to add mayonnaise keep the pickles and onions and cheese and they did the complete opposite. On both of the meals that I had ordered a number one and a number nine I had asked them to make it large they had served me with one medium french fry and one large french fry I basically got robbed for what I paid for this is sad management really needs to show their workers how to serve customers the way they order. I have been coming to Mc Donald's since 1983 and there has been a great change from then until now 2026. I will never come back to this location.

  Check your curbside orders, several times my order is missing fries or nuggets or sauces. I know they are busy but I should get what I paid for

  This is a review for the guy who is always working up in the front. I see how hard you work and you are one of the best customer service employees I’ve ever seen.

  It is McDonald’s so the food is whatever. Staff got better stuff to do than deal with customer requests. But I guess that’s a McDonald’s staple too.

  Management and workers are lazy, incompetent and clearly are there to sit on their hands and collect a paycheck for nothing. Ive gotten here early many times before 0340 to get a quick bite to eat before work and no matter how early I get there they ask if I used the mobile app and I tell them no, and they tell me they just started change over and do not serve again until 0415. This time I used the mobile app and pre ordered 20 minutes for pickup at 0330 so I could drive up and grab it like they apparently wanted me to this whole time only to get told they are only serving breakfast now. I told the kid at the window I ordered 20 minutes ago, he looked at my app on my phone and said "oh if you dont pick it up youll be refunded" and closed the window. After he closed the window the app notified me my order was cancelled, not something I agreed to at all. I didnt want a refund, I wanted the food I ordered using their terms that they wanted me to go on that they still obviously refuse to adhere to.
